PGA's Yellow Day
Since its inception in 2019, the PGA of Australia has supported the #DoingItForJarrod campaign. Their support led to the creation of Yellow Day, honouring Jarrod, and supporting Challenge to reach more clubs and raise money.
Along with inviting clubs to participate in #DoingItForJarrod each year, the PGA of Australia encourages professional players to help raise much-needed funds in Jarrod's memory. They do this by conducting several fundraising initiatives during their annual flagship event, the Australian PGA Championship.
This year, the Australian PGA will be held from 21-24 November at The Royal Queensland Golf Club. Friday, 22 November, will also be known as 'Yellow Day', where players, caddies, volunteers, spectators, and the broadcasting team are encouraged to wear yellow and help raise awareness for Challenge.
