The Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend Gala Dinner is an annual, women's event that sees 1,500 ladies come together to celebrate and empower women while raising much-needed funds for Challenge. 

Challenge is a not-for-profit organisation that supports children and families living with cancer, 365 days a year.  Our support is free and immediate, helping to lighten the cancer journey by addressing the practical, social, and emotional needs of all our members.

100% of funds raised through this raffle go directly to Women for Challenge programs, supporting children and families living with cancer.

Tickets are on page 2 of the attachment. If you still can't find your ticket(s) please email mail@challenge.org.au and we will be able to help. 

Is the raffle ticket purchase tax deductible?

No, your raffle ticket purchase is not tax deductible as you’re receiving a tangible benefit in return.
However, if you choose to make a donation in addition to your raffle ticket purchase, the donation can be claimed as a tax deduction.

What are the raffle terms and conditions?

The raffle commences on 5 March 2026 at 10.00 am (AEST) and closes on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 10.00 pm (AEST), unless sold out prior. The winners will be chosen at random by electronic draw.

The winners will be announced at 11.00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at Crown Palladium. Winners do not have to be present on the night of the event to receive their prize. 

Winners will be contacted by email (and, if required, by phone) within two days of the draw if they are not present on the night. Details of the winners will be displayed at:

This raffle is being held by Challenge Cancer Support Network Inc., ABN: 31030070820, located at 529 King Street, West Melbourne, VIC, 3003. Challenge is a charity registered with the ACNC.

Tickets are sold to Victorian residents only.
Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations. Prizes may be substituted, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements.

What is a table captain?

Each gala table is assigned a table captain. This year, we request the name of your table captain.

The table captain who sells the most tickets will be awarded a special prize announced by our hosts during the event.

The Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend Gala Dinner is an annual, all-women event that sees 1500 women come together to celebrate and empower women.

Held at Crown, this event offers a night of indulgence with first-class entertainment, delicious food and wine, and fabulous gift bags to ensure no woman goes home empty-handed!

All money raised on the night will go directly toward delivering Challenge's programs and services.

By purchasing a ticket in this raffle, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

The raffle commences on 5 March 2026 at 10.00 am (AEST) and closes at 10.00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 18 June 2026, unless sold out prior. 

The winners will be determined by random electronic draw.

The draw will take place at Crown Palladium at 11.00 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

Ticket purchasers do not need to be present at the draw to win. Winners will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) days of the draw if not present on the night.

Entry is open to permanent residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over. 

Employees of Challenge and their immediate family members are ineligible to purchase raffle tickets.
